Receiving emails from us
Our email marketing is permission based. If you received an email from us, our records indicate that (a) you have expressly shared this address for the purpose of receiving information in the future (“opt-in”), or (b) you have donated, registered, purchased or otherwise have an existing relationship with us.
Anti-Spam Policy and Your Opt-Out Rights
We have a no tolerance spam policy and is committed to 100% permission-based communication. Spam is unsolicited email also known as junk mail or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). If you received an email in error, you may remove your information from our database by responding to any of our communications with “remove” in the subject line or clicking the “unsubscribe” link.
Sharing and Usage
We do not sell, rent, or share individual personal information with third parties. Except as otherwise indicated, Yu-Ai Kai uses the personal information: (a) to respond to any inquiries or questions; (b) to provide additional and updated information, materials and other marketing of Yu-Ai Kai services; (c) for internal marketing purposes and as part of our donor database; and/or (d) as required by law. Information submitted to us is only available to staff managing this information and to contracted service providers for purposes of providing services related to our communications with you.
Use of Web Beacons
When we send emails, we may include a web beacon to allow us to determine the number of people who open our emails. When you click on a link in an email, we may record this individual response to allow us to customize our offerings to you. Web beacons collect only limited information, such as cookie identifier, time and date of a page being viewed, and a description of the page on which the Web Beacon resides (the URL). Web Beacons can be refused when delivered via email. If you do not wish to receive Web Beacons via email, you will need to disable HTML images or refuse HTML (select Text only) emails via your email software.
This policy was created in February 2011. We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Depending upon the nature of the change, we may notify you of the existence and location of the new or revised policy through email or posting the changes online.
